Through our experience, we observed that doing a short phone interview and seeing scanned copies of the tutor’s result would allow us to better understand the tutor and thus make better matching decisions. Hence, if you are shortlisted for an assignment, we will do a short phone interview with you as well as request scanned / photographed copies of your results.
